Right now, The Adventures of Snuggle Bunny and Pumpkin Britches is only available on Kindle. Why? Amazon decided that adding “Welcome Dearest Children” without including it as part of the title for a print book is unappealing to buyers. Or it needs to be part of the title.
I acknowledge that it’s currently under review, having previously explained to them why the title is also in a smaller font. I prioritize kids. It’s just who I am, and so yes, I could make "Welcome Dearest Children" smaller, but it's out of balance with the bottom and not as bold as it should be. The title has to be smaller to fit on the cover. It's a long title, and the bold top balances. And why is it long? We have ourselves a series. I have at least 51 books planned of SB & PB.
Now, if they force me for the softback book, I will make the title stupidly “Welcome Dearest Children to...” along with the rest for the softback books. But, guess what, before I do that, I will also will be adding 18 pages to this book. I plan to remove the Kindle book as soon as I get them to understand they accepted it on KINDLE, so why are they giving me a hassle on softback? Weird, right?
Perhaps the person reviewing the Kindle version immediately understood why it is not part of the title. They understood that this message provides a welcoming experience for kids. But the person reviewing the softbacks is frustrating me.
I'm going through the appeal mostly, so when I add those additional images, I know what to do ahead of time. Isn’t it weird, kids? Amazon thinks it’s more appealing to have a huge title at the top and have "Welcome Dearest Children to" UNDER the title... funny, right?
Now kids, why am I adding 18 pages? Well, the last trouble with my last book setter made me go back and improve things. Because that is what I do - when I touch things, I make them better. Always. It's just me. And I got a little jealous! I found a place that needed more magic and put it in there. I was going to have you kids put in those magic moments, but I can't resist - please forgive me, I'm going to add some images to make certain scenes more amazing for us all.
Speaking of making things better - I'm also remaking my Turning Tongue Twisters book! Envato didn't save all my history, so when I recreated pages with lots of new images, they turned out so much better. My first place setter had not put in my author name the same on both books, and also failed to do a two-page spread. I was at first going to let the two-page spread go, and I was sad. I did have to fix the author names on both books at least.
But I found some weird gibberish text under the images, and that made me worried. I did remove all I found, but something made me worried that I might have missed some. So I decided to start fresh when Amazon gave me this hassle on both books. Kids, you know my rule - when I touch something, I make it better!
Now kids, why am I adding 18 pages? Well, the last trouble with Rachel J made me go back and improve things. Because that is what I do - when I touch things, I make them better. Always. It's just me. And I got a little jealous of my own work! I was going to have you kids put in those magic pages, but I can't resist - please forgive me, I'm going to add some images to make certain scenes more amazing for us all.
But kids, that doesn't mean you won't be adding your personal magic to this book. I expect you will change some of the words, possibly to whatever made you dream up big and beautiful dreams. You might mention a sister or a brother, or they are boys instead. I am so excited about what this book will inspire in all of you.
And adding these bonus moments will, I am sure, help one of you make it pop even more. I'm so excited, but I couldn’t resist. I tried so hard to let it go. Please under books must be divisible by 4, and I have a bit of OCD. I also like the number three, so we go 96. Now, with double pages, I get 9 moments to add. 9 moments. And so we go there and get ourselves 96 pages - awesome, right?

But that doesn’t mean I changed everything or grabbed the best images - just some way cooler and more magical because I want you to outshine me so much. I've also kept some fantastic new options for you. It’ll be fun times ahead trying to guess what I changed and what I kept the same! When you get your books, compare them to the website if you can.
Some images on the website, I know you’ll look at and think, “Yeah, this one’s got to go."
Like Uncle Ulysses - he’s got this weird bonus handle that I missed for so long! When I finally spotted it while deciding what to change, I was busting my gut laughing. Find it on the website - it’s hilarious!
I’m
leaving those original images on the website in all their imperfection because that's part of the journey. Sometimes we feel compelled to go back and improve things because they need improvement. That weird handle demanded I remake the book!
So I’m looking forward to all the fun coming your way. And remember - you’re free to change even my words. They’re your starting point to create something even more magical.

Oh, and guess what, kids? For so long, my math was off, and you know why it was, I was tired as all heck. This is why we need to rest. I have worked from the moment I woke up to the moment just before bed for three months straight, minus sick days. I tell you, I even stayed up 48 hours straight, wired for sound. Yes, kids, seriously, BS Mathematics couldn't even divide. HA HA HA. When you are tired and do not rest and relax, the tiny things are off. I fixed the math listed in this post, but seriously, I figured it out on 8/14/2025. My math was off. I'll get the additional moments needed for a proper division quickly.
HA HA HA, kids get even learned adults can make mistakes when they don't sleep enough. Make sure you get good sleep and don't stay up all night under the covers with a flashlight reading. Reading is good, but rest is essential. Oh and update, Kindle and Paperback both rejected the title now during the update so its official.... the title is Welcome Dearest Children to the Adventures of Snuggle Bunny & Pumpkin Britches Mayor Lion Speaks to the Crowd.
