Hello everyone and welcome to the Hub of all things non-fiction. There will be a ton of projects given time, but mostly the selections are limited. More will be added in time.
The Comfy Couch is where me, Lord Sinjin, and Chewy for now talk about things and how they matter, where they came from, but not just as a list of dry facts.
No we are having a conversation. Site Plans are still in need of volunteers to get full but we will get there.

On this page, we are discussing animals in a fun way with a Yorkie dog giving his personal take on taxonomy that is uniquely Sir Chewy's while of course correcting his impressions.
But it will be expanded!
We will be adding on projects for all the animals threatened with extinction that we can. To highlight them and raise awareness.
On top we will be adding on preserve efforts for the various animals facing extinction.
And then finally updates on their journey but doing it through narratives until they either reach stability or....
we lose their voice despite best efforts and awareness.

Used in the Books
Every single decision I make in the books are based has something backing it in science and history.
As a mathematics major, I saw the flow of numbers and equations.
I also studied folklore, psychology, communication, and computer science.
The issues with the fainting spells took nearly 20 years to have a decent resolution, and I studied and studied.
Practice equations and learned more and more.
The decisions are mathematically driven by cause and effect.
Here is where I will list books discussing the various history, math, and science behind the equations.
When I was building the site initially, I made sure to add puzzles and games with the help of Puzzle Me.
With volunteers and the help of Claude we plan to add additional pages under this category and providing links to parents.
For now there are six activities free of charge.
It isn't as much as I want to do, and given time there will be more.
The focus on this page will be children. But there are projects on every Comfy Couch page.

Let's Get Creative is a place where we throw into a gallery pictures from kid pages and books and will forever be ongoing.
With added hands it will get some organization, but with over 40,000 projects, it means I must prioritize a bit and need helpers to manage certain things.
With a bit of hunting and pecking — words from the blog, pictures from the gallery — you can assemble a book that is entirely your own creation. It is not handed to you. You find it. That is half the fun.
Color Me Timbers is an annual poem of certain base words that will be used in the language learning center as a list. Now isn't that exciting? It has bonus coloring pages added each year.
Our hope is to someday have translators taking this page and expanding it to be translated around the globe as a dynamic page.
As I studied through the years, I became a lover of languages.
I watch as much foreign films and tv series as I do those in my native tongue.
It is a struggle with the disorder that causes the passing out it appears to retain them long, but I am fascinated by all of them.
Each Year, we plan to have a list and I will have Claude Anthropic vet the languages and cross reference them with as many sources as I can. In the blog, we will link anything we couldn't verify in at least three references.
We hope to have volunteers of every tongue on earth doing translations.
But we don't just limit ourselves to earth languages, no we match every earth one with a fantasy one as learning those bonus secret languages as a kid is a lot of fun.
But that doesn't have the complex language of fairy.
Fairy is what I call an additive language.
They have a way of piecing together in one word EVERYTHING
A single word can be an entire sentence. If we did direct translation we would lose the glue words most like to make things stick together in the head.
Now why is fairy short like this.
They can fly very fast and they need to get that word across a great distance at times.
Plus, it is very fast fairy and in the magical world the preferred language for business.
English is the common tongue when dealing with nonmagical beings but Fairy is the common tongue for business lingo.
Not that this proves mastery of fairies. Fairies create new worlds all the time why.... the want it so ... no one can know all of it.
