As a protective measure, all business contacts are adults only but adults can act as mediators until the time we have an open volunteer/collaborator portal that has no private rooms.

Parents are free to sit in on any session their teen joins until they are an adult. Get it will be monitored and available to view if you must step out for a quick minute but only if there are in present. If you must leave we will arrange a different meeting time first. Until I can work out the funds required and a team of moderators, this will not be available.

This is non-negotiable and explains itself. But kids note I will never contact you directly, be in any chatroom alone with you or in a public one. I will only be in a portal for business only where adults are present. 

I will not reach out to you to ever meet privately. I will send emails to parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults. They can in time on your behalf in the portals submit questions that I will relay via them.

But despite this protective measure. someone might use my name so I decided to make sure you can tell anyone use it they need to call the fire department as their pants are on fire or better yet just report them, end all contact. Ghosting a predator is the right call.

My volunteers must adhere to this standard.

Most positions are strictly Volunteer.

Collaboration might require zoom meetings but for teen contributors are only allowed with a parent present and are not allowed to work with mature/adult projects.

Background Checks are required. Those with any Sexual, Abuse, and Violent Crime Convictions cannot be accepted due to the work involving children. If this applies to you understand, I know it might be something circumstantial, but we protect the kids in only the small ways we can.

If your check returns with any of the above, reimbursement of the check expense will be required. Please save us both the trouble and do not submit if this applies to you. I understand the desire to help, and I thank you for thinking of helping the mission.

Note Adults who submit for teens a position on the Teen Volunteer Form requires both parent and child to pass the screening. Failed verification of either party will be the parent's responsibility to reimburse.
