INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT — CORE STRUCTURE
Founder's Universe IP:  Anything created for the founder's words, universe, books, merch, or any associated property — once given over — becomes the intellectual property of the founder and can be used as needed for life.

Profit Sharing: As long as you are aboard, the money splits as agreed.

Independent Work: Anything created for outside clients or independently remains yours. It does not split to any other member unless you self-direct it — unless it is handed over to the Founder, or unless said creation is based on the Founder's existing intellectual property.

 

Similar But Different: If a creation resembles existing IP but is distinguishably different,

founder approval is required before it proceeds in any direction.

 

Pitch and Accept / Pitch and Decline:  If you make a character or story prompt independently and hand it over for addition to product lines, it becomes the property of the Founder upon acceptance. If not accepted, it remains yours entirely.
